Terms and Conditions

• Water, electricity and central heating charges are included.

• Cutlery, bed, toilet and table linen are also included.
• All rentals begin on Saturday at 3 p.m. and end on Saturday before 10 a.m.;
• 30% deposit on booking, balance due 2 weeks before arrival, otherwise the booking and the deposit will be lost;
• Payment can be made through a banker's order or a 'Western Union' money transfer;
• € 150 returnable breakage deposit is payable on arrival
